Limited Product Warranty
Specialty Coils LLC warranties its coil products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from date of shipment to the original purchaser. Specialty Coils LLC will extend this limited warranty to 24 months from date of shipment if Infiniguard coating is applied at the Specialty Coils LLC facility. Specialty Coils LLC does not warrant any aspect of the Infinguard coating. Defects in, malfunctions of, or failure to perform in accordance with this Specialty Coils LLC warranty caused by the coating will not be covered by the Specialty Coils LLC warranty. The application of any coating other than Infinguard applied at the Specialty Coils LLC facility will void this Specialty Coils LLC limited warranty. This warranty covers any parts furnished from Specialty Coils LLC factory, but does not include any material not furnished by Specialty Coils LLC or any charges for any such labor or material not provided by Specialty Coils LLC. The limited warranty is void if the product is subjected to misuse, negligence or operating conditions other than those for which such equipment was designed, or has been repaired or altered outside the factory of Specialty Coils LLC or when chemicals or any ingredients other than approved are used or any natural disaster. This warranty does not cover the physical or chemical effects of any corrosive substance in the operating environment of the equipment. This warranty is extended to and enforceable by only the original purchaser.
Specialty Coils LLC warranty of this product to be free from all defects in material and workmanship, as limited herein, shall be in lieu of and exclusive of all other warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Purchaser’s sole remedy for breach of this warranty, exclusive of all others provided by law, shall be limited to repair or replacement of any part or parts which shall, within 12 months from date of shipment to the original purchaser, be returned to the factory of Specialty Coils LLC, with all transportation expenses prepaid by the purchaser. Examination by Specialty Coils LLC, or its designated agent, shall disclose whether it is defective. Location for defective examination may be other than the Specialty Coils LLC factory with prior authorization from Specialty Coils LLC.
Purchaser’s remedy does not include reimbursement of any expenses incurred for labor or material charges incident to the replacement, removal or installation of parts, or material provided by Specialty Coils LLC.
Specialty Coils LLC, in no event, shall be liable to the purchaser for direct, indirect, special or consequential damages or loss of profits, or loss expenses, or claims of third party against the purchaser, resulting from any cause whatsoever, including those resulting from the order or use of Specialty Coils LLC products and Specialty Coils LLC sole liability to the purchaser for any cause of action, whether based upon negligence, contract or strict liability, shall be the repair or replacement remedy set forth in the preceding paragraph.
The warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights, and the purchaser may also have other rights, which vary, from state to state. Specialty Coils LLC neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for it any obligation other than as herein expressly stated.
